The 4-star apartment Martinus 2, consisting of two floors, is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. The apartment is directly adjacent to our house, has its own entrance and an unobstructed view of the Voorstraat. On the second floor is the bathroom with toilet, the bedroom with a large private south-facing roof terrace at the rear.
The apartment has a steep staircase to the second floor, so for people who have difficulty walking or are afraid of steep stairs, we recommend staying in our ground floor holiday cottage Martinus 1 to book!
The apartment is in a unique location in the middle of the village. Within minutes you are in the supermarket and the pleasant shopping street of Egmond aan Zee. The beach, dunes and forest are about 600 meters away and you can park completely free of charge in the enclosed area behind the apartment.
The apartment is cozy and cozy. In the living room/kitchen: leather sofa; armchair; small dining area; digital LED TV (82cm); radio / DVD / CD player and inside and outside with free WIFI internet. The (open) kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom and bedroom are on the second floor.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a hair dryer and towels are ready for you upon arrival.
The bedroom has two box-spring beds of 80x200cm arranged as a double bed. Upon arrival, the bed is ready for you.
The large private roof terrace on the second floor is equipped with a seat, sun loungers and parasol.
Bicycles can also be stored in the lockable shed on the site.

The Martinus 2 apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 persons.
The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or difficulty with steep stairs.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
We rent per week in the high season and a minimum of 3 nights in the mid and low season.
From 1 March to 1 November there is paid parking in Egmond aan Zee. From 1 November to 1 March only paid parking in the weekends.
