Cozy double room in freestanding villa

This cozy non-smoking room (approx. 22 square meters) for a maximum of 2 persons is located on the 1st floor (above the garage, accessible via a narrow staircase) in a freestanding villa in a quiet tree-lined street in Egmond aan Zee.

The room has 1 double bed (160x200cm). A seating area consisting of a two-seater sofa, table and a flat screen TV. A dining area for 2 persons. A spacious wardrobe and washstand. A small bathroom with toilet and shower. The room is heated by air heating, and there is air conditioning for both cooling and heating as well. During your stay you have access to free WiFi internet both inside and outside in the garden.

On the ground floor (in the garage) there is a refrigerator and microwave at your disposal and in addition to crockery, glasses and cutlery, the room also has an electric kettle, egg boiler, toaster, coffee machine and Senseo machine to prepare your own breakfast. There is no further kitchen and/or cooking facilities. In the village and along the beach there are plenty of opportunities to go out for a delicious meal and fully enjoy Egmond aan Zee.

The room has its own entrance (via the garage) where you can store and charge your (electric) bicycles. You can park your car in the driveway - on private property - directly in front of the entrance (via the garage) of the room. When the sun shines, you can also use the terrace seat with parasols in the beautiful garden behind the villa (garden is accessible via the garage).

You can also use the PWN dune cards of the North Holland Dune Area for free. Your bed will be made upon arrival and there will be towels and a hairdryer ready for you!
